Once we gather more information on your event, we'll confirm the date and send a personalized quote/proposal.  A non-refundable deposit (retainer) is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before the event. Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date.  Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the event date. For bookings made within 30 days of the event, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Every event is different—but 2 to 4 hours is usually the sweet spot. Ask yourself: when are guests arriving? When is the energy highest? For example, for weddings, recommend during cocktail hour or after dinner.
